Use of drones
In Marimurtra, drones can only be used under certain conditions:
- Have express permission from the management of the Botanical Garden. In the event of not having this authorization, the Carl Faust Foundation reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who makes this illegitimate use of its facilities.
- Bring the official drone pilot’s license, issued by the AESA.
- Provide certification that you are in possession of the relevant civil liability insurance.
DATA PROTECTION:
The legislation does not allow filming in public spaces where there are two or more people without the corresponding authorization. At Marimurtra it is totally forbidden to film with drones during opening hours and in areas open to the public without this authorization (the relevant document will be signed during the booking process).
