Photo session at the Marimurtra Botanical Garden

At the Marimurtra Botanical Garden we apply this canon when the Garden is used as a photographic setting and not for the botanical visit. For example: reports on weddings, communions, baptisms, social media sessions, etc. At the entrance to the Marimurtra Botanic Garden, you can hire the photographic canon, the rest of the activities must be booked in advance.

What does this price include?
- Admission for 1 or 2 photographers and 1 videographer (professional or not)
- Participants (maximum 2)
- Access to take photos and videos in all public and accessible areas of the garden
- No exclusivity of the space

Can more people be added?
Yes, up to a maximum of 4 additional people with an extra cost:
- 2026: 12 € / person
Use of drones
In Marimurtra, drones can only be used under certain conditions:
- Have express permission from the management of the Botanical Garden. In the event of not having this authorization, the Carl Faust Foundation reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who makes this illegitimate use of its facilities.
- Bring the official drone pilot’s license, issued by the AESA.
- Provide certification that you are in possession of the relevant civil liability insurance.
DATA PROTECTION:
The law does not allow recording in public spaces where there are two or more people without the corresponding authorization. In Marimurtra it is completely prohibited to record with drones during opening hours and in areas open to the public without this authorization (the relevant document will be signed during the booking process).
What time can it be done?
Always within the garden’s usual opening hours.
Can I reserve the space exclusively?
Yes, but it must be done with prior reservation and a personalized budget. With the rate of €145 it is not possible to reserve the exclusivity of any space. Nor can access to other visitors in public areas be restricted.
What if I want more personalized options?
We have other formats with personalized and exclusive services, which require prior reservation and a customized budget.
