Award ceremony for the 6th edition of the Marimurtra Drawing Competition
The Marimurtra Botanical Garden hosted the award ceremony for the 6th edition of the Marimurtra Drawing Competition, an educational initiative that invites schoolchildren from Blanes to discover nature through observation, creativity and artistic expression.
This year, 337 primary school students took part, submitting drawings inspired by the Garden and its natural surroundings. The jury, made up of professionals from the fields of art and education, as well as members of the Marimurtra team, highlighted the quality, originality and sensitivity of the works presented, making the selection process particularly challenging.

The students awarded in this category were:

This category recognises the best drawings among the participants from each educational cycle who attended the ceremony. The award winners were:

The winners received art materials and experiences linked to Marimurtra, while all participants will receive a digital certificate in recognition of their involvement.
The event was attended by representatives of the Carl Faust Foundation, members of the jury, teachers, families and students. It was a day that once again highlighted the role of art as a tool to encourage interest in nature, science and conservation among younger generations.
