In addition, Fundaci\u00f3 Carl Faust adopts WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference for the progressive improvement of the website. <\/p><h2><strong>Compliance status<\/strong><\/h2><p>The marimurtra.cat website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements established by UNE-EN 301549:2022.<\/p><p>Fundaci\u00f3 Carl Faust is working progressively to correct the identified issues and continuously improve the accessibility of its digital services.<\/p><h2><strong>Content and functionality that may not be fully accessible<\/strong><\/h2><p>The following aspects have currently been identified:<\/p><ul><li>some pages have a heading hierarchy that could be improved;<\/li><li>some images and graphic elements do not yet have a sufficient text alternative;<\/li><li>the accessibility map contains graphical information that requires a more comprehensive text alternative;<\/li><li>some links use generic text that may be insufficiently descriptive when read out of context;<\/li><li>some forms require further review of labels, required fields and error messages;<\/li><li>some auxiliary content does not always maintain the linguistic consistency of the page;<\/li><li>some older PDF documents may not fully comply with all applicable accessibility requirements;<\/li><li>certain third-party services, particularly the ticketing system, are pending a specific technical accessibility assessment.<\/li><\/ul><p>The Fundaci\u00f3 is working to progressively address these issues.<\/p><h2><strong>Ticketing system<\/strong><\/h2><p>Online ticket sales are carried out through a dedicated technology platform integrated into Marimurtra\u2019s digital services.<\/p><p>Fundaci\u00f3 Carl Faust is reviewing the accessibility of this process together with the technology provider, with particular attention to keyboard navigation, focus management, the accessibility of interactive controls, forms, error messages, dynamic content changes and compatibility with assistive technologies.<\/p><p>The Fundaci\u00f3 will work together with its providers to ensure that the functionalities required to complete a purchase comply with the applicable accessibility requirements.<\/p><h2><strong>Downloadable documents<\/strong><\/h2><p>Some PDF documents published on the website, particularly those created before the adoption of the current accessibility criteria, may not fully comply with all requirements applicable to electronic documents.<\/p><p>New documents will progressively be produced incorporating accessibility criteria, and the Fundaci\u00f3 will review existing documents according to their validity and relevance.<\/p><h2><strong>Third-party content and services<\/strong><\/h2><p>Certain content, components or services on the website may be provided through third-party platforms or technologies.<\/p><p>Fundaci\u00f3 Carl Faust will seek to ensure that external services required to access Marimurtra\u2019s services comply with applicable accessibility requirements and will incorporate accessibility criteria into the selection, procurement, renewal and monitoring of its ICT providers.<\/p><h2><strong>Preparation of this statement<\/strong><\/h2><p>This statement was prepared on 5 October 2026.<\/p><p>The compliance status has been determined through an initial internal review of the website based on the requirements of UNE-EN 301549:2022 and the applicable WCAG criteria.<\/p><p>This initial review included a representative sample of pages and website functionalities.<\/p><p>The Fundaci\u00f3 plans to complement this review with manual and technical checks covering keyboard navigation, focus, contrast, zoom and reflow, screen readers, forms, dynamic content, mobile devices, PDF documents and booking and purchasing processes.<\/p><p>The statement will be updated when these reviews result in significant changes to the compliance status and will, at a minimum, be reviewed periodically.<\/p><p>Last
