line-height:1.7;\">\n\n<h3>Acceptance of the drone use rules at Marimurtra Botanical Garden<\/h3>\n\n<p>\nI, as a duly accredited drone pilot holding the corresponding official authorisations, declare that I have read and fully understood the drone use rules applicable to the facilities of Marimurtra Botanical Garden.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nI undertake to comply with all the conditions set out in this document and accept full responsibility for any breach thereof, releasing the Carl Faust Foundation from any legal or other liability that may arise, particularly those relating to image rights and the protection of property.\n<\/p>\n\n<h4>Purpose<\/h4>\n\n<p>\nI declare that I am a properly accredited drone pilot and that this request for authorisation relates to the carrying out of a photographic or audiovisual shoot at Marimurtra Botanical Garden, for which permission has been expressly requested to operate an unmanned aircraft within the Garden facilities.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>I undertake to:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide all required documentation at least <strong>72 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled date of the session.<\/li>\n<li>Hold image rights authorisations from all individuals participating in the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Pilot commitments<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Not fly the drone over areas where crowds of people are present (under current legislation, two or more people).<\/li>\n<li>Not record images of visitors to Marimurtra Botanical Garden without their prior and explicit consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>In exceptional cases<\/h4>\n\n<p>\nIf the session takes place in an area that has not been reserved exclusively, I undertake not to capture or retain images of any person unrelated to the photographic session who has not expressly authorised the use of their image rights.\n<\/p>\n\n<h4>Mandatory documentation<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Official UAS pilot licence<\/strong> issued by AESA (or the equivalent national authority). <em>The registration certificate alone will not be accepted.<\/em><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Civil liability insurance<\/strong> providing minimum coverage of <strong>\u20ac1,300,000<\/strong> for personal injury and property damage.<\/li>\n\n<li>Acceptance of these conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:25px; padding:15px; background:#eef7ef; border-left:4px solid #4b7f52;\">\n<strong>By submitting this
