Drones can only be used at Marimurtra under certain conditions:
- To have the express permission of the management of the Botanical Garden. In case of not having this authorization, the Carl Faust Foundation reserves the right to take legal action against whoever makes this illegal use of its facilities.
- Provide the official drone pilot license, issued by AESA.
- Provide certification of being in possession of the relevant liability insurance.
DATA PROTECTION:
The legislation does not allow filming in public spaces where there are two or more people without the corresponding authorization. At Marimurtra it is totally forbidden to film with drones during opening hours and in areas open to the public without this authorization (the relevant document will be signed during the booking process).
