Autumn is the time for pumpkins. For this reason, the Marimurtra Botanical Garden is hosting an exhibition of pumpkins these days in which you can see about fifteen species, which include the places and years of production of each of them. Some stand out for their size, others for being too small and some varieties are not common in our area, such as the pumpkin Lagenaria siceraria ‘longuissima’ (Sicilian snake) or the Cucumis melo (Sponge or scrub).
The exhibition is located in the second garden, in the Plaza de Narberhaus, and can be visited throughout the autumn.
